BLOOD DONATION PROGRAMME

NSS Hosdurg has conducted a blood donation programme in association with KSACS and Dst Hospital Kasaragod.

About 50 volunteers from different walks of life has willingly donated their blood

BIO DIVERSITY SURVEY.......2012 NOV 10

nss team conducted a bio diversity survey in the kanhangad municipal area limit under the guidance of Sri V C Balakrishnan ,the secretary of  SEEK payyanur , eminant nature observer and butterfly specialist in areas THEERTHANKARA LAKE, NITHYANANDASRAMAM , HOSDURG KOTTA  etc.

"kulavazha" a foriegn species that has became a serious ecological problem in lakes and rivers

wet land biodiversity survey...

during the wetland survey students identified some rare species of flora and fauna...they came to know the ecological problems created by the exotic varieties like african payal and kulavazha...
